Please specify the following data: your name, address, citizenship, date of birth, e-mail address, official form of ID (identity-card, tax or Residencia number) along with your credit card.
If you choose to keep your old number, we need the following additional information: your current call number, your current provider, proof of the use of a prepaid card or the conclusion of a contract along with your SIM card number.
How long does the clearance process take?
As a rule, you can make calls within two hours of the clearance of your SIM card.

What do I have to do to activate my "Call and Save" SIM card?
You have to have the "Call and Save" mobile SIM card activated. You can do this by phone after receiving the SIM card or the package; just call 971 58 18 28.
Can I also make international calls with UK TELECOM! Mobile (roaming)??

How can I send and receive SMS?
If your credit balance is sufficient, this function is automatically available; normally, the correct settings for the SIM card are already pre-set.
How can I make calls?
The SIM card must already be cleared, and a sufficient credit balance must be available. Please consult your operation guide for details on the operation of your mobile phone.
Is there a minimum monthly call volume?
No - at UK TELECOM! Mobile, a minimum monthly call volume does not apply.
How can I top up my credit balance?
There are three ways to top up your credit balance. Either give us a call at 971 58 18 28, top up your credit balance at the bank (available for Servired, la Caixa und Euro6000) or in the "Locutorio". You will subsequently receive an SMS indicating the amount of your credit balance.
How long does it take for the new credit balance to become available after completing the process?
As a rule, your credit balance is available within a few minutes of completing the process.
Does this credit balance have an expiration date?
You can utilise your credit balance whenever you wish. However, if more than three months have elapsed since the last time you topped off your credit balance, your credit balance is blocked automatically. Then, you can still receive calls and/or messages, or retrieve messages from your mailbox (dial 177).
Yet never fear! During these two months, you can get your credit balance back. How? You just need to top off your credit balance again, and it will be available again. Please note: you will lose your call number if you do not top off your credit balance for six months.
Can others contact me via UK TELECOM! Mobile even without a credit balance?
Yes, this is possible with the Call + Save mobile plan, even without a credit balance.
What happens when the credit balance runs out during a call?
Shortly before the call is automatically ended, a short warning signal will sound.

How can I change my PIN?
It is easy to change your PIN in your mobile phone. For details, please consult your mobile phone's operation guide.
What can I do after I have entered the wrong PIN several times?
If you have input the wrong PIN three times, the SIM card will be blocked. De-blocking is possible by inputting the PUK (this number is printed on the SIM card case). After the de-blocking, you can choose a new PIN.
What can I do if I am prompted to enter a "network code" after entering the PIN?
In this case, your mobile phone has a "SIM lock" in place. Some mobile-phone service carriers equip their pre-paid devices with this block. This is a security measure which ensures that the device can only be used with a SIM card issued by the respective carrier. To remove the SIM lock, you need a de-blocking code.
